Dubai’s flag carrier, Emirates spared no expense while organising a dinner in Dublin and it showed! One of the world’s largest carriers hosted a grand dinner earlier in this week to promote its daily new service to Dublin. The Dubai-Dublin flight service will take off from 9th January.
Emirates is undoubtedly one of the few names that come to mind when people think of booking flight tickets to Dubai or when people need a stopover at the city. Emirates may not be known for offering cheap tickets on its flights but the airline’s excellent service makes it worth for the customers.
Talking about the schedule of the airline’s new service, EK 0161 will take off from the Dubai airport at 0700hrs and land at the Dublin Airport at 1130hrs. EK 0162 will depart from Dublin at 1255hrs and land in Dubai at 0025hrs, the next day.
An A330-200 will be plied on the new route. With three-tier configuration there will enough options for those who look relatively cheap flight tickets with Emirates.
The service is going to be a big lure for travellers who wish to travel non-stop from Ireland to Dubai. Flyers will also be able to have an onward journey to the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia. For Ireland, Australia is one of the major markets and Emirates knows that! The airline offers as many as 70 weekly flights to Australia, including an A380 flight service to Australia’s city of Sydney.
Hosted at the Convention Centre Dublin, the dinner event saw a performance by Lionel Richie.
