Emirates is keen to offer its flyers a number of opportunities for a travel to Mauritius! The Dubai-based carrier has added to its flights services to the island nation, offering flexible alternatives to schedule-conscious travellers seeking tickets on the Dubai-Mauritius route. Emirates is adding three more weekly flights that would bring the number of frequencies on the popular sector to 14 weekly.
While one of the three new flights services was introduced on 31st October, the remaining two frequencies will be on hand for tickets seekers from 2nd December. The carrier is going to use a Boeing 777-300 for the service and would be offering a three-class configuration for tickets buyers. Naturally, this will allow different sections of flyers to book tickets with the airline.
Flight EK3705 will depart from Dubai at 1000hrs and land in Mauritius at 1645hrs. For the return travel, EK3706 will take off from Mauritius at 1820hrs and land at DXB at 0110hrs, the next day.
The airline management believes that the initiation of increased flights frequencies will offer a major boost to tourism sector of Mauritius as the island destination is hugely popular throughout the carrier’s network and double daily flights will offer flexibility to those seeking tickets. It must be noted that Emirates and the government of Mauritius signed an agreement in January 2012 to promote the island across the airline’s global network.
