Those taking flights to India could take part in conservation efforts to protect the wild tiger.A total of 42 key sites for the tigers have been revealed in a new study examining ways to protect the species - and the majority of these are in India. Researchers from the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) found that there are only around 3,500 tigers left in the wild and that concerted efforts now need to be made to prevent this number from dropping further.
Tourists on conservation trips to India may be able to help protect environments, rather than encouraging poachers.
