Cebu Pacific Air to Launch Manila-Dubai Flights

Travellers looking for flights tickets between Filipino capital and UAE will now be able to grab cheap travel deals made available to them by Philippines’ popular low cost airline, Cebu Pacific Air.

Revealed by various online media, Philippines’ Cebu Pacific Air is now offering tickets on its newest daily direct flights service that will start on Manila-Dubai route from October 7, 2013. The new flight will mark the budget airline’s first long haul service in the region and 36th international route.

The airline is expected to deploy its Airbus A330-300 aircraft to offer tickets for its new flights between Dubai and Manila. The aircraft will feature 400 all-economy class seats, which is sure to please budget passengers who are often to be seen in a look out for cheap flights tickets on the route.

The airline has also launched an introductory tickets sale fare of AED99 (16.99 GBP) on the route. This flights tickets deal was available from January 17, 2013, and is valid for travel from October 7, 2013 to January 15, 2014.

Airline’s daily flights from Manila to Dubai are scheduled to depart at 4:40PM (Manila time), while flights from Dubai to Manila will depart at 11:10PM (Dubai time).

Presently, the carrier offers tickets to around 21 global hotspots like Bangkok, Bali, Beijing, Brunei, Busan, Guangzhou, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Incheon (Seoul), Jakarta, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Osaka, Shanghai, Siem Reap, Singapore, Taipei and Xiamen.

Emirates Commenced New Flights from Dubai to Thailand

Emirates has started offering air travel tickets for the newly launched “non-stop, daily flights” from Dubai to Phuket, a spectacular island of Thailand, pleasing holiday makers, business flyers and all other kinds of travellers.

Phuket is the 128th destination to be served by the airline. The launch of the daily service coincides with the approaching festive season with Phuket being a favourite destination among holidaymakers who bag flights tickets deals to take a trip to Thailand. It will ensure wide connectivity to all other global networks of the airline and add to more tickets options for air travellers.

The flight EK378 touched down the Phuket International Airport on 11 December at 9.55pm. Airbus A340-300 with a capacity of 267 passengers has been deployed on the route and the carrier is offering air travel tickets for three-class service. The return flight EK379 will depart at 0035hrs arriving at Dubai International Airport at 0435hrs.

The marvellous island of Thailand has emerged as a popular holiday spot and attracts good number of air travellers from Middle East, Europe and other countries. The recently introduced services will be beneficial for these vacationers contemplating a visit to Thailand. 

If the demand increases, Emirates will start second daily flights from Dubai in order to provide more options to tour the island.

With an aviation base in Dubai, the largest airline in Middle East is connected to 33 European cities and has a strong global network of 128 destinations in 74 countries.

Flydubai Seeks to Expand India Network

Budget flyers looking to net cheap deals for flights tickets on the Dubai-India route will be pleased to know that the Dubai-based no-frills carrier, flydubai might just be able to offer them more of such flights tickets options. As per reports that are floating in the Indian media, the carrier could well increase its presence in India by offering flights to more cities across the country.

An airline spokesperson was quoted in news reports as stating that flydubai is eager to further expand its network in India. He also spoke about working closely with authorities in India to enhance the low-cost travel between India and the UAE, and provide tickets on a greater number of low-cost flights.

The airline operator is known among its patrons for offering cheap deals on flights tickets. Currently, the carrier provides flights services to Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Lucknow in India. Flydubai is now looking to operate flights to the western Indian city of Aurangabad, as per a leading daily in the country. Aurangabad is a hugely popular city among tourists who seek flights tickets for a travel to India for cultural pursuits as the region boasts Ajanta Caves and Ellora Caves, the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, as well as Bibi Ka Maqbara.

The budget airline has a fleet of 23 new Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft and offers tickets alternatives for flights to more than 50 destinations. London Heathrow remains strong for long-haul flights

New figures from airport operator BAA have revealed that London Heathrow remains popular for long-haul flights.

The airport recorded its strongest January results on record, with an increase in flights to India and China helping to boost traffic.

During the first month of the year, over five million passengers travelled via Heathrow - an increase of 4.6 per cent compared to January 2010.
