Delhi IGI Airport’s T3 is bigger and better than most terminals in the world

India has achieved a major milestone in the aviation history with the creation of the most modern and highly impressive Terminal 3 or T3 at New Delhi’s IGI airport. With T3, which is touted to be the largest terminal building after Dubai’s and Beijing’s and bigger than Heathrow’s T5, IGI airport becomes one of the world’s largest airports in terms of size and capacity and as per experts it is going to rank alongside Changi, Hongkong and Dubai., India has reasons to feel proud of its latest and most prestigious feat.


The state-of-the-art T3 has mind boggling features and passengers are waiting eagerly to step into this swanky Terminal. The nine storey glass and steel terminal has a sprawling area of over 5.4 million sq ft. The 78 aerobridges, 63 elevators, 35 escalators and 92 automatic walkways will make mobility within the vast terminal unimaginably smooth.
