The Oberoi Hotel could appeal to those taking flights to Mumbai who are looking for luxury accommodation.
Tahir Shah, writing for luxurytravelmagazine.com, believes that the downtown Mumbai hotel offers a unique and efficient experience for guests, especially as the staff manage to remain invisible but ensure a high level of service.
"Part of the secret is certainly the almost mind-blowing attention to detail. Everything has been thought out, nothing left to chance. But the real secret has been to strip away the clutter - tangible and intangible - creating a masterpiece of sleekness," explained Mr Shah.

The Le Sutra hotel could be the ideal destination for art lovers taking flights to Mumbai.
Making its debut at the World Travel Market, the hotel is the country's first Indian art hotel that offers guests the chance to experience a number of virtual art installations during their stay, reports eTurboNews.
