Annual Konark Dance Festival is all set to start from 19th February and will go on till 23rd at Konark Natya Mandap, Arka Vihar in Orissa, offering foreign tourists a golden opportunity to revel in the glorious ethos of India and make the most of their money spent on flights tickets.
