British Airways Increases Flights Service to Kenya

British Airways has announced an additional flight on the Kenya-UK route, offering added options for those who seek to book tickets on the sector. The airline will start offering additional operation between Nairobi and London from May 12, 2013. The rise in the number of flights between the two destinations will enhance the flight frequency from current seven to eight flights per week, providing more opportunities for people to reserve tickets for seats.

Flights will take off from London at 20:20 on Sunday evenings and land in Kenya at 04:55 the next morning. Return flights will take off from Kenya at 22:45pm on Monday evenings and land in the English capital at 08:25, the next morning.

The extra service will mean 266 additional seats a week on the route and this in turn would mean more alternatives for those looking for tickets on the route with British Airways. The airline will be using a Boeing 777-200 to operate the service and will feature a four-cabin configuration. The more number of travel classes will again suit fliers as all sorts of travellers will be inclined to book tickets on the flight. BA’s senior management believes the extra overnight service is going to be of big benefit to Kenya bound business travellers blocking tickets with the carrier.
