Metal fans in India and even foreigners who have landed in the country after booking tickets on flights will be delighted to know that Bangalore Open Air (BOA) is set to take place on July 6th, 2013 at Jayamahal Palace Grounds in the IT city of Bangalore. BOA is the only dedicated Heavy Metal Festival in India and has been initiated last year only.
The second edition of the open-air festival is expected to be much bigger and is going to boast a much larger international presence. Six international and two Indian bands will be performing, much to the enjoyment of local fans and foreigners who are already in Bangalore after having snapped tickets on flights for Indian sojourn. Animals As Leaders, Sodom, Ihsahn, Dark Tranquility, Iced Earth, Leprous, Millennium and Demonic Resurrection is the line-up of performers for this year’s BOA.

Foreign tourists who are already in India can also look to catch this musical extravaganza.
