Low Cost SpiceJet to Begin Three More International Flights


India’s low-cost airline, SpiceJet is hoping to further expand its wings in the international skies by launching new flights to global destinations. The carrier has announced new flights services to Dubai and Male. While the airline already offers services to the Middle Eastern hub from India, the carrier’s service to Maldives’ capital is brand new. 

The no-frill carrier of India, known for providing cheap tickets deals to patrons, will offer flights tickets on Kochi-Male, Kochi-Dubai and Dubai- Ahmedabad sectors. An airline statement said that flights on Kochi-Male sector would commence from November 29, Kochi-Dubai from December 5 and Ahmedabad-Dubai from December 19. 

The carrier would offer travel tickets on the 78-seater Bombardier Q400 plane on Kochi-Male route. For the new Dubai operations, tickets will be provided on the 189-seater Boeing 737-800 aircraft. 

SpiceJet is a budget operator in India that primarily attracts flyers who seek cheap deals on tickets to India inbound and outbound flights. These new international connections are sure to bring much on the platter of travellers who hope to net affordable tickets on travel to these popular holiday destinations.
